I took the exam yesterday and got 988/1000. Dumps and SIMs are still valid. I used Securitytut, the SPIKE dumps & found/downloaded the 640-533 security book to understand the answers I got wrong from the DUMPS. The IPS through SDM SIM took a little getting used to. I would highly recommend you either buy a 2620XM router (as I did) or get GNS3 working so you can run a proper version of SDM. There’s no substitute for the real thing. For the Port Security SIM, I wasn’t able to verify via PING, if it was working properly.. So you have to be comfortable with that.

Dumps from here (Securitytut) are valid.

As promised above. Here is my update after getting 1000/1000 of the exam. All questions came from Spike dumps. All three lab sims presented to this manual are all exactly the same excluding the name of the remote offices in VPN scenario.

I studied this exam for 2 months absorbing all the concepts behind. I used CBT nuggets by Jeremy and also ebooks as well.

@study downloading Visual CertExam Manager as full version is highly recommended in order to open all the questions in my country its legal to download anything from the internet via torrent.
@firewall Spike dumps and securitytut are almost the same but in securitytut you can get more explanations remember understanding the concept is very important !! its not about memorizing the answers !!

what is the number of questions in Spike’s 165 dumps. I assume it should be 165, but i can see only 155. Please help

@security aspirant, yes you have 155 questions on the exam A section, 6 on exam B and 4 on exam C. this assuming that you are using visual cert exam to open the VCE file.nice study!

Hi all can someone please clarify the following question?

Which one of the following commands can be used to enable AAA authentication to determine if a user can access the privilege command level?

A. aaa authentication enable default local
B. aaa authentication enable level
C. aaa authentication enable method default
D. aaa authentication enable default

Everybody say that correct answer is D, my opinion is that correct answer is A.
I tried D on GNS3 router and the command did not work

More-over in aaa commands at least one method is mandatory (local in this case)

@hilary, Hi, i think it is better to tell us where it is not working and what is done. i had the same issue but normally it could be a java issue. try running java 1_6_30. this solves many issues. higher versions may be incomptible.

Passed the exam with full score 1000/1000. The change I have observed in this simulation is Q6
Within the “sdm-inspect” policy map, what is the action assigned to the traffic class “sdm-invalid-src”, and which traffic is matched by the traffic class “sdm-invalid-src” ? (Choose two)

A. traffic matched by ACL 105
B. traffic matched by the nested “sdm-cls-insp-traffic” class map
C. drop/log
D. traffic matched by ACL 104

The correct option is now changed to ACL 104 as per my exam, I wrote the options C and D and I got full marks.. Please go through the simulation in exam carefully before answering this question.

Other suggestion is pls be carefull while answering drag and drop

even though u select correct options and if u drop the options in incorrect order then there is a chance of question being wrong.. Please check the order for the drag and drop also..

I am making this suggestions out of experience.. If any one want to add u can.

Just took exam yesterday (Friday, Jan.6,2012) and got a score of 955/1000.

Dumps are still valid, just a gentle reminder, don’t memorize the letters, as answers are being inter-changed in the exam. Options were added, like for example, 4 options for one question turned out to be 7 options. Good luck guys, now working on my ccnp, later on for ccsp. Thanks digitaltut! and spike!!!

@rlc if you did the exam based on memorising the letters to the answers, you deserved to fail.

I need someone to help me setup my cisco SDM.. I tried everything but it seems that my java is causing me problem. I googled it and followed every steps on using the 6.3 java and downgraded it . bt still when I open the link I get an hour glass , so I know it java related.

No I didn’t, I actually studied this for almost 3 months, I downloaded and watch cbt nuggets and made a simulation with an ASA using gns3 which is really nice. Of course have some common sense anonymous, you won’t really pass the exam just by memorizing the letters, what I wanted to say is memorizing what letters is/are the correct answer is/are located. Go and simulate first the ASA, it’s really great and good luck to all who are about to take the exam.

if you can’t work on how to default sdm to IE, then i doubt that you can simulate any cisco using sdm and asdm for cisco asa. all resources you need are just a one or few clicks away to your mouse. use google.

i think without learning a single lesson we cannot pass any exam. after passing this exam at least we got some idea about Security. this exam is contain only fundamental topics. dumps are just helping material for us. Hope to see no fight again.

These dumps are good for the exam, but i always read and learn the official cert guides, than watching the cbt nuggtes/trainsignal videos, than practice in gns3. After these, i spend two days for the testing with dumps before i take the exam.

None can doubt the vearitcy of this article.
